Capital One is seeking a Branch Ambassador for Eastern Maryland (South Cluster) to act as the face of an inviting, tech-savvy banking experience in a busy branch environment. You will educate clients on mobile banking, assist with deposits and cash handling, and guide customers toward digital tools that support their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: perform high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and uphold security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to uncover client goals and match them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, ensure a welcoming environment, and balance efficiency with warmth.
