Job summary

Capital One is hiring a Branch Ambassador for Eastern Maryland (Northwest Cluster). This role centers on delivering hospitality and trusted financial guidance while leveraging digital tools to enhance customer experiences.

You will manage cash transactions, educate clients on mobile banking and digital features, and act as a relationship-builder in a fast-paced, human-centric environment. A strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: perform high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and ensure security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to customers, identify needs, and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and balance speed with personal service.
