Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while meeting security, audit, BSA/AML and federal standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to improve convenience and security.
• The First-Line Consultant: actively listen to uncover goals and pair customers with suitable digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, create a welcoming atmosphere, and balance efficiency with customer care.
