You will handle high-volume cash transactions with precision and ensure compliance with all security and regulatory standards.

You will educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposits, and contactless payments, while identifying customer needs and matching them with the right digital solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposits, and contactless payments to improve convenience and security.
• Act as a first-line consultant by listening to customer goals and recommending digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and balance fast-paced operation with warm, hospitality-focused service.
