Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth across new and existing client accounts, and to drive sales, recruitment and operational excellence in the branch. The role emphasizes budgetary control, process improvement, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

The Branch Manager will manage day-to-day performance, coach recruiters, and ensure KPI targets and SLAs are achieved, while aligning with corporate objectives and risk management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish growth plans, and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, and direct hire fees.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of recruitment staff; monitor performance against KPIs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for division leadership; drive continuous improvement.
