Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Market Manager for the Wayne Branch in Wayne, PA to lead the sales, service and daily operations of the branch. You will focus on building member relationships and retention through outstanding service while growing new business and preserving existing portfolios.

You will develop and coach a team, supervise staff, coordinate with partners, ensure IRA, loans, wire transfers, OFAC, deposits and branch policies, and represent the credit union professionally.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Management experience preferred.
• Financial Service experience normally acquired through at least 5 years working in a Lending/Customer Service capacity in a Financial Institution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the branch and ensure procedures align with credit union expectations.
• Develop and lead a team to maintain staffing and performance.
• Develop productive relationships with business partners via phone, email and visits.
• Represent the credit union professionally at all times.
• Conduct monthly coaching sessions to develop sales skills and review progress.
• Hold regular staff meetings to discuss activities and developmental needs.
• Direct and coordinate programs, projects, and activities in the branch.
• Coordinate compliance for IRA, Loans, Wire Transfers, OFAC, deposits and policies.
• Open and close the branch when needed.
• Address member problems and complaints promptly.
