Job summary

Ardent Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager to oversee the sales, service and overall operations of a Wayne, PA branch. The role focuses on strengthening member relationships and retention while developing new business and maintaining existing business in the branch.

The position requires leading a motivated team, delivering excellent member service, and maintaining compliance with IRA, loan, wire transfer, OFAC and all credit union products and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Financial Service experience normally acquired through at least 5 years in Lending/Customer Service in a Financial Institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to credit union policies.
• Lead and develop branch team with staffing to maintain performance.
• Foster productive relationships with business partners via phone, email, and visits.
• Represent the credit union professionally at all times.
• Conduct monthly coaching/mentoring to develop sales skills and track progress.
