Belco Community Credit Union in Lebanon, PA, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead staff and the branch to achieve loan and deposit growth while delivering exceptional member service. You will oversee operations, financial reporting, hiring, training, and branch profitability, setting performance standards and coaching staff to success.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma and two years of related experience.
• Experience in sales, leadership, or branch operations preferred.
• Familiar with Office 365 products is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Leads, coaches, supports, and empowers branch employees to ensure exceptional member experience.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, and trains new branch employees.
• Set and oversee performance standards that meet and exceed sales and service goals for the branch.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation, service levels, and oversight of the branch.
• Creates and drives the branch business plan focused on growing loans, shares, memberships, and assets under management.
• Resolves escalated member issues.
• Oversee education of members on financial transactions and account maintenance.
• Generate and analyze monthly reports including goal tracking and statistics.
• Schedule staff to meet business needs with support from the Assistant Branch Manager.
• Oversee branch budget and forecast future needs.
