Job summary

Mid Penn Bank is hiring a Financial Center Assistant Manager in Wayne, PA to oversee daily operations and lead the Sales and Service team. You will collaborate with the branch manager to set and reach sales goals, supervise staff, and ensure superior customer service and compliance with bank policies.

The role requires experience in financial services, supervisory ability, and flexibility to support branch needs.

Qualifications

• Two years’ related work experience or specialized financial education and training.
• Internal Supervisor Certification preferred.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS license for residential real estate loans.
• Flexible schedule to meet operating needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the financial center and sales/service team.
• Work with the manager to set and achieve sales and service goals.
• Assist customers with deposits, loans, and related services including referrals to other lines of business.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain security controls and proper staffing and resources.
