• Observing sales engagements to ensure high quality customer consultations and effective lead management through Salesforce.
• Managing staffing functions, including recruiting, interviewing, selecting, onboarding, performance evaluations, coaching, and addressing performance or conduct issues in accordance with company policy.
• Leading and encouraging identification, escalation, and resolution of potential risks.
