Job summary

You will coach a high-performing team, manage staffing and compliance, leverage Salesforce for lead management, and set the strategic direction to deepen relationships and grow deposits and revenue in our community-focused branch.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with minimum 3 years related managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Experience in branch operations and sales–customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch performance, including sales growth, profitability, customer experience, operational integrity, and team coaching.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to all clients within a consumer-oriented branch.
• Coach and develop branch team members to achieve sales targets and service goals.
• Oversee lead management and advisory activities, using Salesforce for customer engagement.
• Manage staffing functions: recruiting, onboarding, evaluations, and performance issues.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve potential risks to branch operations.
• Foster a positive, high-performing branch culture aligned with Valley's values.
• Develop market intelligence and sales strategies to grow market share.
