Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans that grow client bases and revenue. You will lead recruitment, training, and development of the branch team while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will manage P&L, budgeting, and cost controls, set pay and bill rates, and drive performance against KPIs. Strong leadership and relationship building are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Growth and retention of accounts; manage client requirements and SLAs.
• Lead branch team performance; coach recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk, and rates; ensure compliance.
