Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive growth by expanding client relationships and attracting top talent. You will oversee sales plans, recruitment strategies, branch budgeting, and P&L control, while leading a team to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates.

With 5+ years of sales or management experience, you will set pay and rate strategies, manage client expectations, and report monthly performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or branch management preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance, coaching recruiters and staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls while forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Lead recruitment strategies and develop local relationships with colleges and workforce centers.
