Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction across its staffing operations. You will lead recruitment, training, and performance of the branch team while ensuring top-tier service to candidates and clients.

You will manage budgets, set pay and bill rates, review client needs, and deliver strong results through strategic account planning and regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients, optimizing uptime and revenue.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver excellent service.
• Onboard new clients, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
