Job summary

Adecco Group in Munhall, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, retaining existing accounts, and leading a high-performing branch team. You will manage P&L, budgets, and recruitment efforts while delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.

You will oversee daily operations, coach recruiters, and develop strategic plans aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 5+ years of related work experience.
• Two years' direct sales experience with proven responsibility growth.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in sales or service.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business plans to acquire new clients and grow revenue.
• Recruit, train, and manage branch staff and ensure top customer service.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, cost controls, and KPI tracking.
• Maintain client relationships through regular reviews and SLA adherence.
• Lead recruitment strategies and local community relationships.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and monitor credit references.
