Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to grow client accounts, manage branch P&L, and lead a team to deliver top-tier service to candidates and clients. You will develop sales plans, recruitment strategies, and budgets while ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or personnel services, supervisory experience, and strong relationship-building abilities. A high school diploma is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to set own priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle numerous problems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Growing & Retaining Accounts: establish plans to grow and retain existing accounts and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements are met and SLA targets are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with client teams.
• On-board new customers, including terms, risk assessment, rate negotiation, and hire-for-fee processes.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Develop recruitment strategies and lead branch teams; profession development and coaching.
