Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with clients and teams.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations and HR managers.
