Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in Callery, PA. You will be responsible for growing new clients, retaining existing accounts, and driving branch profitability while delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.

You will recruit, train, and develop talent, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and sales experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally at all levels.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans, meeting SLA targets, and presenting monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, cost control, and forecast revenue/expenses.
• Lead and develop branch staff; coach recruiters and performance reviews.
• Ensure client satisfaction, credit references, and risk assessment are handled.
• Maintain compliance with notices and licenses; manage accounts receivable collections.
• Recruit and on-board new customers; build local relationships and candidate pipelines.
