Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, revenue generation, and branch performance. You will manage P&L, set pay/bill rates, and oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff.

You will maintain strong client relationships, ensure service levels, and drive continuous improvements across the branch while coordinating with sales leadership and operations. A proven sales record and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop new client relationships to expand revenue.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch staff.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics; drive process improvements.
• Set pay and bill rates, negotiate terms, and oversee credit references.
• Provide regular business reviews to senior leadership and clients.
