Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts, develop and present business reviews, and manage client relationships.
• Lead day-to-day performance of colleagues, coaching and development to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost control decisions.
• Develop recruitment strategies and maintain a positive environment with strong team engagement.
