Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients through strategic planning.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, with cost-control decisions.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via regular reviews and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Oversee onboarding of new customers, terms, and credit assessments.
• Drive process improvements to reduce service costs while meeting KPIs.
