Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead recruiting, client services, and sales growth at the local branch. You will build and execute business plans, manage P&L, and mentor a team delivering top service to candidates and clients.

You will grow existing accounts, win new business, monitor SLA performance, and oversee hiring, training, and development while controlling costs and driving profitability across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to grow existing clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements (operational and contractual) meet SLA targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Coach and mentor recruiters; manage day-to-day performance and KPIs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, cost control, and workflow improvements.
• Onboard new customers: terms, credit assessment, pay/bill rate negotiation, and hire conversions.
