Qualifications

• Three to five years in related banking, branch operations, sales, business development, or leadership.
• Minimum of three years in supervisory or management roles with coaching experience.
• Strong commitment to relationship selling, quality service, and community banking.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations, consumer lending, bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance, daily operations, customer experience, and growth initiatives.
• Coach and develop branch team members while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Build customer relationships through needs-based conversations and referrals.
• Represent the bank in the community through business development and partnerships.
• Support lending needs while maintaining strong product and service knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in branch sales, strategic planning, budgeting, and goals.
