Job summary

Union Bank of VT/ NH is seeking a Branch Manager for the North Conway Branch. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team, and drive customer growth while representing the bank in the community.

Responsibilities include developing business with bank partners, managing relationships with business clients, and guiding treasury management and lending solutions. Prior banking leadership and regulatory familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years banking experience including related banking courses.
• Extensive knowledge of deposit products and services.
• Ability to originate consumer and home equity loan products.
• Familiarity with business lending and Treasury Management.
• Proficient with platform, teller and loan origination systems.
• supervisory experience preferred and regulatory compliance aware.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and develop staff talent within the branch.
• Lead branch growth through community outreach and client relationships.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Offer guidance on treasury management and lending to business clients.
• Support customer service with teller operations and occasional customer interactions.
