Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive new client acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and lead a branch team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates. You will own the branch P&L, set pay/bill rates, and develop recruitment strategies aligned with contractual obligations.

Role requires 5+ years in sales/recruitment, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will collaborate with HR, Operations, and leaders to achieve growth targets and maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain key accounts and expand client base.
• Develop and monitor client requirements, SLAs and program expectations.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting and cost-control decisions.
• Create recruitment strategies and local relationships to attract talent.
• Coach and mentor recruiters to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Manage day-to-day performance and processes, ensuring timely client fulfillment.
