Job summary

The Adecco Group is looking for a Branch Manager to grow new business, retain clients, and lead a high-performing team. You will own market strategy, recruiting efforts, and budget management while delivering top-tier service to clients and associates.

Expect to drive sales, manage relationships with HR and operations partners, and oversee branch KPIs, pay/bill rates, and risk controls. A strong leadership mindset and experience in staffing are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, win new clients, and improve client satisfaction.
• Lead day-to-day performance of sourcing, submittals, interviews, and coaching of recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and digital presence to build local relationships.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with senior leadership and client contacts.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and client SLAs.
