Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Marana branch, driving growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. You will manage P&L, recruiting, training, and performance, while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will develop strategies, monitor budgets, and ensure SLA targets and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and sales acumen are essential for success in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Effective written and oral communication with all staff levels.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand existing and new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are met.
• Lead branch P&L management and budgeting with cost controls.
• Coach recruiters and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Onboard new customers; negotiate terms, pay, and bill rates.
• Maintain compliance, licenses, and timely collections.
