Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States, Arizona region. You will drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and delivering strong customer service.

You will recruit, coach, and manage branch staff while overseeing budgets, KPIs, and branch P&L to maximize profitability. This role requires a proven sales track record, leadership experience, and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop and execute client plans.
• Lead branch sales, recruitment, and customer service programs.
• Oversee P&L, budget planning, and cost control.
• Coach Recruiters and branch staff for KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with laws, SLAs, and client requirements.
• Present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
