Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States (Arizona) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client development, and branch operations. You will drive recruitment strategies, manage P&L, and guide a team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, direct sales and supervisory background, and strong communication and leadership skills. You will establish plans and monitor performance while building a local network.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Coach and develop recruiters; monitor performance and improve processes.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
• Develop recruitment strategies and build local relationships with resources.
