Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client retention and branch profitability in our Arizona market. You will drive sales strategies, oversee recruitment, and manage a high-performing team delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.

You will coach recruiters, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA compliance and strong client satisfaction while controlling costs and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to set own priorities and schedule.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a plan to grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensures client requirements are met in line with SLA targets.
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Acts as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Prepares and presents monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Develops branch revenue and expense forecasts and budgets.
• Manages branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Conducts branch audits and ensures regulatory notices are current.
