QXO in Lynbrook, NY is seeking a driven leader to oversee a profit center, manage operations, and drive cross-functional collaboration. You will recruit and train the sales team, make strategic decisions from trend analysis, and collaborate with the Branch Credit Manager to ensure financial stability.

You will build strong vendor relationships while fostering a positive work environment, developing future leaders, and upholding a safety-first culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or 1–2 years related experience.
• Prior leadership in industry.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Refined leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team.
• Organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and delegation.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration.
