You will recruit and train the sales team, collaborate across departments, manage vendor relationships, and champion a safety culture while developing future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years related experience or training acceptable.
• Leadership experience in industry is preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities; ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Organizational and time management skills with delegation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration.
• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, and work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging manufacturer information to market products and services.
• Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders.
• Champion a safety-oriented culture and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
