Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in pool/aquatics distribution industries.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
• Skilled in facilitating the adoption of new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth initiatives by aligning strategic plans with corporate objectives to amplify market presence.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current branch operations to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Direct the branch’s financial functions, including P&L management and budgeting.
• Devise and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Commit to a customer-focused approach and strengthen key customer partnerships.
• Cultivate a high-performing team with succession planning and development.
• Uphold compliance and safety standards across operations.
• Travel as needed to oversee operations, conduct site visits, and attend regional meetings.
