The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in management within distribution or pool products, with proven sales targets achievement and strong leadership to develop cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in distribution or pool products
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting and financial analysis
• Experience devising sales strategies, market analysis and CRM usage
• Ability to adopt new processes and technologies
• Must pass background and drug screening
