The role requires 5+ years in management within distribution or pool products, strong leadership, and proven ability to meet sales and operational targets. Travel to regional sites is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in distribution or pool products.
• Proven track record of hitting operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to devise and execute sales strategies, market analysis, and CRM.
• Skilled in adopting new processes and technologies.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
