Heritage Pool Supply - Opa Locka is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations in Florida. You will drive financial performance, oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and market initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on expanding market presence, managing a sales team, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high‑performing staff. Travel to oversee operations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in pool & aquatics distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies and market analysis.
• Experience with adopting new processes and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent industry experience.
