SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the West Palm Beach area to lead branch operations, drive profitability, and expand market presence. You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and safety compliance while guiding a high-performing team to achieve sales and service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in management with a focus on pool and aquatics distribution. Occasional travel to regional sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in Pool & Aquatics distribution industries.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
• Skilled in facilitating the adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Travel as needed to oversee operations, visit sites, and attend regional meetings and training.
