Heritage Pool Supply - West Palm Beach is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive customer service, and optimize profitability. You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, market expansion, and revenue growth while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years of management experience in pool and aquatics distribution, strong leadership, P&L expertise, and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in pool & aquatics distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development capabilities.
• P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis expertise.
• Experience in devising sales strategies and market analysis.
• Ability to adopt new processes and technologies.
