Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in distribution or building products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Strong leadership to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Assess operations, optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Direct P&L and implement financial controls for profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share.
• Prioritize customer experience and strong partnerships.

• Ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
• Report to District Manager and manage sales, operations, and admin staff.
