Job summary

PLIMPTON & HILLS CORP INC in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of associates, and drive sales against budget. You will manage budgets, coordinate with other branches, conduct performance reviews, and implement training and process improvements to maximize branch performance.

You will ensure excellent customer service, analyze financials, and uphold high ethical standards while coordinating marketing activities and promoting growth

Qualifications

• Proven branch management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare an annual budget and analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.

• Maintain operations policies and procedures; organize marketing activities.
