The candidate will align cross-functional teams, develop scalable processes, and oversee facilities, fleet and warranty functions to deliver a consistent, reliable customer experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field; 10+ years multi-site operations leadership.
• Experience in wholesale distribution or associated industry preferred.
• Proven ability to implement standardized processes and operational metrics across locations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize branch operations, distribution, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and customer service.
• Establish standardized processes and service expectations across all locations to drive efficiency.
• Develop operational strategies to support growth, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
• Coach and develop branch and operations leaders, ensuring safety and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and HR to align priorities and drive execution.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
