Job summary

You will manage the team, ensure exceptional customer experience, and align with the GM and platform resources to solve problems and improve performance. You will oversee service delivery, sales, dispatch, installation, and safety compliance, while building a high-performing team across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in home services or a comparable field services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a location-level P&L and lead operational teams across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable decisions.
• Proven ability to build and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Own the full financial performance of your assigned location including revenue, gross margin, and controllable expenses.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee all local functions at your location including service delivery, sales, dispatch, installation, and customer experience.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, develop, and hold accountable the managers and technicians at your location.
• Staffing and Talent: Identify, hire, develop, and retain talent across all levels of the location.
• Growth and Customer Experience: Develop and implement plans to grow the business organically and achieve financial objectives.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to and uphold compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Greenfield Execution: If assigned to a new market, execute the LSP Greenfield playbook for the location.
