Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in lake maintenance, water management, or environmental services.
• Proven knowledge of environmental compliance regulations and aquatic systems management.
• Strong operational and personnel management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all branch personnel across service lines.
• Oversee daily operations, meet production goals and service objectives.
