Heritage Pool Supply - Rogers is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional branch operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and strong relationship management within a hybrid work environment.

You will oversee operational leadership, staff development, and customer relations while collaborating on strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency across the branch.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in warehouse or supervisory role; industry preferred.
• Ability to manage teams and optimize operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/WMS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in standard implementations and operations.
• Help achieve revenue targets through sales strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist strategic planning for branch growth.
• Generate and review performance reports and forecasts.
• Ensure safety and compliance in warehouse operations.
