Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to perform to their full potential, increasing branch profitability.
• Exercise independent judgment in decisions affecting employees and branch operations.
• Present loan solutions based on personal loan products to help customers achieve financial goals.
• Maintain branch solvency through asset control, credit extension, and managing past-due accounts.
• Build customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• Oversee staff duties, training, and adherence to policies.
