Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts in a busy branch environment. You will lead recruitment, training, and development of staff, while ensuring top-notch service delivery and KPI attainment.

The role requires strong communication, sales leadership, and people management skills, with emphasis on planning, organizing, and collaboration with HR and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand existing and new client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts and cost control; lead recruitment, training and development.
• Ensure service levels meet KPIs and SLAs; present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Coach and mentor recruiters; optimize processes to reduce service costs and improve efficiency.
• Onboard new customers with terms, credit assessment and rate negotiation; ensure compliance.
