Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years direct sales experience.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service role.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, win new clients, and improve bottom line.
• Lead branch sales plans, recruitment strategies, and budget management.
• Coach Recruiters and manage day-to-day colleague performance.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and branch P&L with cost controls.
• On-board new customers, terms, and credit considerations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
