Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch growth, profitability, and operations.
• Lead and develop branch staff; hire, onboard, and coach.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive outbound sales activities.
• Utilize reports to maximize branch results and CSP scores.
• Oversee lending procedures, including consumer and small business loans.
