Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch performance including sales growth and profitability.
• Deliver exceptional service to commercial clients in a branch setting.
• Partner with the Business Banker to grow client relationships and prospect new ones.
• Collaborate with Middle Office to fulfill Business Banking needs.
• Coach staff to meet sales targets and service goals.
• Monitor lead management and customer consultations using Salesforce.
• Oversee staffing functions including recruiting, onboarding, evaluations and coaching.
• Identify and escalate risks, and foster a high-performing branch culture.
• Communicate market direction and develop sales strategies to grow market share.
