Qualifications

• Knowledge of branch operations, teller and member service functions, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller and member service teams to deliver outstanding service and meet branch goals.
• Assist AVP Branch Manager with staff supervision and scheduling.
• Coordinate deposits, lending and member service activities per policy.
• Plan workflows for efficient staffing and operations.
• Ensure security practices and accurate daily balancing.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members.
